What to expect
Your initial consultation will be in 2 parts: An online consultation with Dr Sarah, followed by a separate appointment with a member of our Nutritional Therapy team to guide you through and personalise your Functional Treatment plan. Dr Sarah will review your medical history, current & past symptoms, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and life stresses.
In our clinic, Dr Sarah will never dismiss any of your symptoms, your concerns or your theories about what may be making you unwell. Every patient is listened to and given the time they need so that we can really understand your whole story.
Your consultation will also involve Functional testing so we can ascertain the myriad of imbalances driving your symptoms. The results will also help to shape nutritional plans and treatment strategies to restore function and health.

Dr Sarah is an experienced GP and may sometimes use limited prescription medications to help patients with their problems. However, many of our patients are able in time to come off their prescribed medications for blood pressure, diabetes, pain relief and immune-suppression after undergoing 3-6 months of treatment using dietary and lifestyle interventions with us in clinic. It is important that you remain on your prescription medications before attending the clinic, as coming off them without proper alternative treatment in place or without medical guidance, may lead to further harm to your health.
Following our initial consultation, a tailored plan will be created and implemented involving dietary changes, lifestyle modifications and appropriate nutritional supplementation.
